 Paypal proof of address on stealth info...?
two days ago pp limited me because i have recieve over £1700 in payments, so i completed two of the steps and the final step was to add debit card to continue with phone verification. So i added a card and it gave me an error message each time i tried. So i rang ppl and he said, oh its just a technical issue with that step, i will change that step to another one were you will have to upload either a utility bill, a valid residence cert or a valid bank/card statement.
No the details on my pp are stealth, name and address. Any suggestions on what i should do? Or is it a dead end now?
