eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - any in uk using paypal debit card ?

Ummm overall, don't do it unless you like to have your account looked at in suspicion and you know you account will be around for a while. It takes month to review you, month to ship, then you verify it and go through all the hoops. Better just using a VCC or CC you can withdraw to.

I applied for one in the UK, got it a week later. Been using it for about 7 months.

£2.50 per atm withdrawal. £300 max withdrawal per day. Usually I can only get £250 out per day though.
