ebay seller ratings

one of my accounts 300+ 99.6+ feedback

have now 2.19% on dispatch time

and 2.6% on open disputes

my ratings are at lower limit, i can bring the dispatch ratings back below 2% but not the disputes by time of next review

is this account basically fuked or is it worth selling lots of cheapy in a month try and get dispute rating down?

if all my dsrs ok will they punish me because disputes one is slightly higher?

The % is based on the number of transactions. So the more items you sell the lower the numbers will be. But you need to sit back and look at how you are running your account. There is no reason as to why you should have numbers like that. I would say there may be a good chance that Ebay will suspend the account unless you get those numbers up!

sorry disputes is only 1.3% the limit is 1%

people who do not get item delivered within 3 days are leaving one or two stars even though they dont pay for quicker delivery, what can you do? buyers are idiots

I feel your pain. I'm about to get hit with low DSR's because of the snow! o_0

What would happen if you let the account go dormant for a while ?

i would use another account and sell 2 - 3 things a month for a few months on this damaged account but make sure they are quality items and offer free postage or send special delivery while charging 1st class recorded.

The snow is a major problem now. I'm sending out an email to all my recent orders (300 of them) to advise them on the late delivery of items.

Make sure you up it quickly to meet your 30 day review periods for eb.

If you get the buyer to email eBay saying they left a low DSR by mistake, from my experience with people leaving negs and neutrals along with 1's and 2's eBay delete it for you. Give it a try.
