Need vcc for uk paypal but cant pay by paypal
 

Hi,
I am recently suspended from ebay and had paypal account limited.
I urgently need a vcc to verify a new paypal account but i've tried a couple of people on here and they want me to pay by paypal!
I wish I could!
Please can anyone help.
I'm in Uk and desperate to get beck on ebay asap.
Yes it is stupid o'clock (03.17am) here in UK as I'm posting this but I can't sleep as my income has dried up, and paypal have all my money now for the next 180 days.
I have all this stock now that I can't sell before Christmas and I feel like screaming!!
