Problem lifting paypal limits
 

Hi guys, happy new year !


Hope some of you experts on here can help me! Basically, I have set up a new stealth account about 3 weeks ago, bought a couple of low value things, then turned into a seller account and listed 2 items every couple of days (again low value - £15 each).

I successfully upgraded into a premier paypal account, but when went to lift my limits i was asked for all the usual, name, businedd type, activity, revenue etc. I filled all this in, but the date of birth was already filled in as 13/01/1901!!? This would make me over 110 years old! I couldnt edit it, until the next page it gave me chance to put in the DOB that i used to set up the account in the first place (10/10/80). It then said they couldn't verify my info. So, having read nearly all the threads on here, i became aware that i should keep trying and on the third attempt it would take me through to phone verify - it did. I successfully did the phone verify. But now my limits are still not lifted, but all the green ticks are present by the 'to do' bits on the lift limits page. It does say, in very faint letters 'please send us docs by post'.

Now, i have had thius in the past with previous real accounts and it always is in the resolution centre, with the option to 'upload file' (ID etc). But there is no option to upload, nor is there any info on address to send info to!!

Obviously i want to avoid having to call paypal, please can anyone give me any advice? :)

this is possibly a glitch, I have seen a similar thread saying that when you call them they say your limits are actaully lifted. Lets hope this problem does not persist. An email (or a few, knowing them) may get you confirmation...
