Hi

just tried to reg with ebay and it wouldn't accept my prepaid card

The following must be corrected before continuing:

* Credit or debit card - Sorry, prepaid cards can't be used for identity confirmation. Please use a valid credit or debit card.

doesn't ebay accept prepaid cards any more

This was for a buyer account? it depends which one you tried, pm me if you dont want to post it here, we have heard of issues..

it was for a seller account, business account. i chose to pay my fee with credit card thats when the problem came up,

so I went back and chose paypal had to open account with paypal added the card no problems wit it on paypal. was trans back to ebay. account is open now.

it was a prepaid card you get from the shops idt prime but the gift card one. I've used idt prime card before wit no problems

That's strange personally I've only had 1 issue with Prepaid cards and that was with O2 because they blocked it as I'm under 18 for another 3 weeks.

primecard, interesting Ive used without probs too, looks like they may be phasing them out....
