Suspended from both eBay & Paypal
 

Right, where shall i start, firstly hello :)

I have been a member of eBay / Paypal for 4 years, but in the past have had other accounts.

I had 400+ 100% Positive until they suspended me.

I sold a few items, the buyers tried to claim the item was not delivered so eBay put my account on block untill the issues were resolved, this obviosuly encouraged paypal to do some lurking.

It turns out they have permanatley suspended me for policy violations which they say i have another linked account, now the other account i had, i registered at a different address in a different town about 3 years ago.

They told me i cannot be reinstated and i did deny it was my account and also asked how they could possibly link me to the account as i live in a different town, then they started baffling on about knowing more stuff such as my connection / network info etc, dont know how true this is though.

the other thing is, i have £1100 in my paypal account which i cant withdraw for 180 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


But i really need to get back on eBay / Paypal so looking for any suggestions as to how to go about this?

Read the forums and get the stealth book, as for me the first thing you need to work out is what linked the accounts.

Did you use the same bank, bank card or telephone number, did you use the same computer and suddenly start using one of their tools, like turbo lister, as I can't recall when the flash cookies started?
Was the old sign in data still an option when you were signing in to your new account?

Well, firstly the first account had a different address and bank card, but i then moved, signed up again at the new address but used the same card, have since though long before being banned, changed bank cards and removed old details.

Computers were different though and i never used any of their tools. There was no sign in informaiton no bar my currrent one which has just been suspended

Well, they linked you. So saying they couldn't have is of no use really, is it

If you want to get back on eBay you will need to start over from scratch and go stealth. Best place to start is with the stealth guide. And then with help from the forum you will be up and running in no time
