does UK eBay have selling limit like US ebay?

US ebay, For new seller they will put selling limit of 10 per month or more units per month depending on whatever. Until you build up your business with good selling performance, they will remove those limit from your account. I am nt sure if UK ebay have such limit?

Also now I got selling restriction due to bad selling performance in the past month so they put selling restriction on my account until I improve the performance. A few staff confirmed with me that they use the robot to evaluate your account once a month. If they detect your selling performance is bad in the past month, they will put a restriction on your account until you have improved. If you have improved your selling performance, your account restriction will be removed automatically. Anyway, my account is US account. I just want to know if they have such rule on UK ebay?

ps: selling performance is evaluated by DSR rating, feedback, low DSR as you all know.

Short answer is yes

i think the last time i had it it was 100 items every 30 days

In the accounts I have that are all new they don't seem to have any ten item limit, the only limits I have come across are the selected item limits, which are also ten items but just of the items on the list where they are trying to get the sellers to sell other items rather than the ones on the problem buyer list.

But on saying that most of the stuff we sell is on that list someplace so reaching one hundred a month has not happened yet on a single account.

What you doing about it just opening more accounts, or promoting your other venues more?

it happened to me on a couple of accounts a while back, there was posts about these limits, if you list one hundred items eby try and badger you into becoming a business seller and stop you listing, i avoided it by reducing my listings

needless to say i have kept well clear of listing 100 items a month on a single account since.

Depends on item

Yes selling restrictions happens real bad on certain items for me in the uk...For Example Designer Handbags/Purses...You can only Sell One every 30 days if they are one of these brands... Hermes.Gucci,Louis Vuitton,Dior and Chanel...but the must stupid thing about this is that i could sell loads of coach or any other designer bags per 30 days apart from the 5 brands i mention above lol

Re: does UK eBay have selling limit like US ebay?

I also got limit for 1 month a 2x 1week. I have receipts from France and Honk Kong. I sold some LL wallets. They put me this limit for Clothes-Shoes-Accessories permanent they said. If I deliver them the documentation what will happen the next? Are they calling the stores of Louis Vuitton or they just keep them 3 days and destroy as they said. I need very urgent help. I still can sell and buy from the other categories except this one which I wrote. Now helllpppppp. thnxs
