On my old account I was selling almost 200 units a week, then I would break for 2 weeks, and repeat.

That account is now banned...

One of my new accounts has been aging for over a month, I sold 5 items over the month, am I safe to go in heavy?

Thanks

You mean going from 5 items a month back to your 400 items a month?

NO that's not safe.

It should be a gradual increase over weeks and months.

Over weeks and months?

I was thinking of balancing it across 5 accounts?

Sell 40 in a week spread on 2 accounts,
Then the next week do the same on the other 3 accounts.

and just keep rotating it...so I do 200 units a month...

problem is im sitting on 300 units right now..

also the issue of aging more accounts...

Could I get away with 300 sales across 5 accounts, with a total cash pile of £5000?

My money would be held? but I print my labels from paypal so that should be ok?

Once the accounts have aged a little and gotten some good feedback and high DSR scores then you can start to increase the amount of units that you are selling. Also it depends on the item if it is high risk or not.
Your money would only be held until you reach the a certain feedback and DSR threshold.

Welcome to the forums. You have gotten good advice to go slow. If you need to absolutely move these items AND can handle not seeing your money for 6 months, then go ahead, pump out - wait for pa yp al to limit you and repeat. Not a good tactic but whatever works I guess.
