Is it still possible just to add email to PayPal?
 

Hi all I'm new to the site and have found all your help so far very good, I have just set a stealth eBay account up but I need to know is it possible still to just add another new email address to my old PayPal account that i used for the suspended ebay account i only want to accept payments, I am not going to link the eBay and PayPal accounts just the payment email, your help would be great, PD

You can try it. I would use a new IP address and a new user account. Keep all the details the same as your Paypal account except for the first name you where using. Paypal may not get suspicious with almost everything matching. Do the same for Ebay but with a different first name. Play small and use a slow stealth method to see if they except it.
