How will VCC help me?
 

Hey,

I was looking at the marketplace i have noticed how popular VCC's are but i'm not sure of how it all works. Can someone please enlighten me?

PayPal limited my UK account which can't be lifted. How do i go about getting a new one with the same name and address without using one of my debit cards or bank accounts? I have tried to setup multiple PayPal accounts but i get limited straight away or a few days later.

I need a UK PP account for buying online and i do the odd bet on a weekend but i feel lost without it.

how can i go about getting a new PP account? Is it to do with my IP, name, address etc?

You'd probably be better off using a stealth account that aren't linked to your real details. The reason you keep getting limited is because you keep using all your old details.

Best thing you could do at this point is get the ebay stealth guide, read it, learn from it and learn to stay under the radar :)

Few basic pointers for a new paypal account:
- New IP address (find out if yours is static or dynamic?)
- Use stealth details - can use any stealth name with banks such as Cooperative and Natwest as they will accept incoming debits from any name at this present time.
- Set up a new user account on your computer to seperate your cookies or clean your cookies on your current one using a programme such as CC cleaner as paypal can track you through your cookies.
- If you havnt already you will need a new bank account with the banks mentioned previously ideally
