can anyone shed a light on this

i have imported quite a few parcels from singapore in the past do they flag you
your help much appreciated

Item is likely missing the documentation required for it to clear. This will vary depending on its value and the type of item. Could be something as simple as a missing commercial invoice or an incorrect VAT number. Your only going to find out by calling them im afraid.

If its from singapore im assuming its not vero?

do customs contact you for information required ?

Yes usually by fax or post.

If its a large consignment and you have assigned a freight forwarding agent then they will contact you by phone.

hello all :
got letter in post from customs
012 notice of arrival of goods by post (c160)
basically i have had a few parcels with no problem value declared at something silly $30 parcels have been largish in size the stuff i have been importing is ph@ke oem . they want me to attach invoices and other evidence of full value i paid about $270 for goods i purchased online from dhgate do i just print order details and send that or i could ignore and would be destroyed :O(
