Is DSR rating from outside UK counted on eBay UK?
 

If I have US website, when I sell to Australia or any other countries, they also count DSR from those international buyers as well. So I always get low DSR on dispatch time and postage charge (of course it not cheap because we send to abroad). So these low DSR pull down DSR rating from internal shipping. Also most of low DSRs are from international shipping.

Before ebay UK didn't include international transaction with internal shipping within UK. However at the present do they now count them as well? If so, I will sell only to UK. Don't wanna get risk getting too many low DSRs from international buyers.

There is no reason that you cant still offer a good service internationally, who do you ship with and what is the usual weight and dimensions of your item?
