ok, so heres the plan. Im setting up 2 paypals and 2 ebays. Using one for just selling, one for buying / small amount of selling.

So Im going to need 2 IP addresses. The first one is obviously easy to get. I have a netgear router and my ISP will change IP when I change mac address. I could do it that way but the IP addresses will never be the same (even if I use the same mac addresses)..

My other option would be to use my home broadband for one IP and buy a dongle for my 2nd.

My questions are
1. Is there a better way?
2. Will the dongle keep the same IP everytime?

I remember reading that dongle will give you a new IP all the time. You will need to use something like IP burger to check the IP before you log in to be nice and safe.
