hello all: 2 previous accounts limited now this 3rd account totally

brand new new ip ,bank details, address, user account all new my question with 2 previously limited accounts with 1 account i have 2 outstanding cases in resolution centre i do not log in to these accounts period from new ip addy
thanks better to use in laws computer from different ip addy.

Are you asking if you should log in to a previously suspended account from an ip add used for a new unsuspended account?

If so then no.

Change your ip or use a internet cafe or laptop in starbucks etc.

Yes dont log into a suspended account from which you've accessed any other ebay/paypal accounts.
and in future if you still getting linked there must be a floor in your method somewhere....
and if its paypal that keep shutting you down with future accounts go super SLOW and build your reputation slowly
