Do I need to have a Paypal account with a new Ebay seller account or can I just use Entropay cards?

New eb ay seller account must have verified pa yp al in the country I see your flag...

How does one verify a UK PP nowadays?

Dont ask me to buy the ebook as I bought it 3 years ago and it obviously is out out of date!

i just have exaplined your options....soho66 is probably your cheapest option for getting a UK landline number.

Hi. I was looking into this recently (only briefly). This is what I found out.....

I like 3 options I found...

1. TTNC
2. Soho66
3. Sipgate

All have different price plans and options. Check their sites and use one to suit ur needs.

I think one of the above offer 0207 if your in London and the other 2 offer 0203 if ur in London. All above 3 provide local national numbers. You need to choose a number close to where your broadband connection is... ie. no good choosing a number in scotland if ur accessing eb and pp from ur home broadband in devon.

I chose sipgate coz I am a bit skint. With them u get a free number. I topped up a tenner and call forwarded to my mobile so if they call sometime, I can answer. If you dont want to topup, with sipgate to can get the number free and use ur computer so receive calls so its totally free. I didnt mind toping up coz if my pp and eb accounts got cut off, i could still use the tenner credit for my own calls sometime.

Alternatively you can use your mobile number in pp and eb but I dont know if it is a good idea as it don't really show your area as a local landline would so they may contact you one day for id, but it does work and gets you verified upto the 1900 limit

I have used a mobile to register and also sipgate. All seems to be fine for the moment. 2 accounts 4 months old. Only selling little bits and pieces.

I am pretty new to this so some of my info may be no good, but it is working for me at the moment
