Well this was a surprise.

After having a clutch of accounts suspended I joined this forum and bought the guide As my main accounts were all down I thought I would go back to some that were suspended AGES ago and update the ID proofs and fax them in - one or two per day....

Within hours this arrived in my inbox - an account I had given up on with 100+ feedback on the system again. Of course I will wait a while before turning it stealth and slowly building on it again but I thought I would share this as others may want to try the ocassional fax for accounts from the past.

If it doesn't work it's maybe one or two minutes wasted, but worth the try in my book.

Good work there on the hail mary shots.

As for your statement "...wait a while before turning it stealth" - care to elaborate?

I mean I will leave the account untouched for a week or so, then create a seperate user ID on my 'dirty' laptop and use that user exclusively for that eBay account (and another moody PayPal account to go with it)
