DHL Shipment hold in Germany when it should in UK
 

Hello

I ordered few things from Hong Kong.
Before you guys think it foo foo then you are wrong. There is logos or infrigement. Just parts that i repair. Anyway the shipment is in hold in Germany. Has anyone experience this?
Why would Germany hold my shpment when thier is nothing wrong with it.
Has anyone In UK went through thier shipment on hold in GERMANY?

Could it be that thier is no plane..or some weather...

How long has it been on hold?

Since today 1pm..so say 8 hours

hey m8 i am too waiting for a shipment from Germany which i also ordered from hong kong but its on hold so must be a delay i am guessing.

I ask because it could be a multitude of reasons completely innocent and nonthreatening, especially since it just happened today. You need to give it a few days before jumping to conclusions. I have had this happen a few times, while not in Germany, but same scenario and everything worked out fine except for one which ended up being the shipper's fault. Could be as simple as missing a flight it was supposed to be on and waiting for the next one.

If still on hold after a few days, then contact DHL to perform a trace and/or the shipper first. But, don't panic just yet. Especially since it's just simple parts.

There is no need too much worry about this. Now they are doing a special inspection for all goods as they received some threaten news.As long as this peroid pass,you will get your goods.

I got my goods. I was wondering what was wrong since thier nothing i can think of that customs want a hold on this.

DHL has a big hub in Germany, the eastern part. When there are backlogs coming into the UK they send them there.
