UK Seller account restricted, how to lift restriction
My Ebay seller had 3 listings active, then all of a sudden the listings were ended by Ebay and my seller account has been restricted from selling due to dslrs/open cases, however the open cases were less than 4 in the past 6 months and the last negative feedback received was about 5 months ago.
This is the email, I received
"
Unfortunately, your eBay account has been restricted from selling because your performance has not met the standards required to sell on eBay. If you had any current listings, they have been removed and your selling fees will be credited back to your account"
Detailer seller rating requirements
- To meet the minimum performance standards that are required to sell on eBay, the number of 1s and 2s you receive on your detailed seller ratings can't exceed a certain percentage of your total transactions.
my feedback is 98.6%
Is there anything that I can do you remove the restriction?
If I start buying £1 items to build feedback close to 99% will that help and how can I appeal the restriction? I've emailed but they have not replied to my emails
