Halifax accounts linking to paypal question...
 

I have 3 current accounts with Halifax, 2 have been linked to previous banned PP accounts from a long time ago and 1 is clean.

My problem is i cannot remember which ones i have used on PP before and which one is unused... I cannot remember old PP login details so cannot find out from logging into PP to see which is linked.

I know its one of two accounts i have so do i either, try linking it and if it says this Bank Account has been previously linked to a PP... or will this raise flags with PP and automatically ban the account?

Paypal will know which accounts are linked. You will probably get a pop up explaining this account is already linked.

I recommend resetting your IP address. If broadband just unplug and leave for 60 seconds and replug. Try paypal with your clean card and you should be fine. But also remember flash cookies/cookies will be present

Yeah i would have thought that would be easiest way? just see which accounts have had funds paid in from paypal.

Any of these work with PP?

Yes they do work all you pay card issue fee and monthly fee for the bank account any instantly approved providing you can supply Passport or Driving License number.

Best way in my eyes is to check the cards 'direct debits'. The ones you used on PayPal previously should have direct debits set up, the new one shouldn't. :)
