Funds limited: how to deal with matter
 

ok, so here's the script;

I purchased some items on eBay using a NEW stealth PayPal, however the funds I sent them have been apparently "HELD" on their side, but on my side it states "COMPLETED".

Is there ANY way I can release the funds so they can send me my items I paid for?

EDIT: also, they are powersellers with 10K+ Feedback, 99.9% positive...

Exactly what do you think you can do to presuade paypal to release funds just because YOU want the items. Have you heard from the sellers? What's their side of the story :spy: Worry is that paypal could look too closely at your account

Did the paypal account have funds in or is it linked to a bank account/debit card that its getting the funds from.

If the latter then it will show as pending at there end until paypal get the funds from the source you selected.

Follow up with an e-mail to the seller and have them send it with tracking. It's prob related to your new status - a well-established seller should know how to deal with this.

the funds are 'held' on their side because they are a new seller on ebay. Paypal has now introduced this 'held' payment in case of chargebacks for at least twenty one days from the date of payment.... it has nothing to do with you. The seller has to post the item as they've received the funds. If you leave positive feedback for the seller then the funds are released to the seller. Don't panic it has nothing to do with you!

The seller does not seem to be new at all by the way (over 10k feedback, etc.) - be careful what you comment on to the poster =)
