evolution bank account

hi has anyone used evolution pre paid bank account?? if so does it work with pay-pal???
if not what other pre paid bank accounts are there that work, not secure trust got that one, but you can only have one now thanks in advance amandax:yar:

Evolution is secure trust, just (I think) a referring company! Maybe opening through evolution will enable you to have more than 1 account!?
