What should I do?.

Hi,

I have just joined up-to eBay and PayPal with my new address.

I have an issue, I've got a PayPal account but ..... it has no card registered
the bank account part is easy.

Considering my bank cards are registered to my home address which I can't use
what should I do?. - Does entropay still work?. - I set up an account with them back in January but never used it, it's registered with my real details, would PayPal see that?.

Short answer - Yes, Entropay works.
