Bank account problem

I have recently been limited from both ebay and paypal! I was wondering how can you open as many accounts as possible as apskin suggested with one bank account?

Oh and I don't wish to open a new bank account as I am worried that my paypal might get blocked again as well as my new bank account. Is there any way to get around this problem and be able to withraw the funds from paypal and get it verified?
