paypal cannot confirm billing address?
 

following the stealth guide at the moment and trying to set up paypal, have got an issue when it comes to adding bank card. An error message comes up when i try to use the stealth address, "can not confirm billing address" now obviously the correct billing address is not an option what can i do?

Is it possible to verify your fak e PayPal address with your debit card from your bank that has your real address?

Or does everyone use prepaid cards?

if the postcode matches it will go thru, (sometimes door number does not have to match....)

if postcode is different you need a vcc or visa voucher

I don't want to help PP, but their system is not like Fort Knox. There are ways in.

Once you have done the trial and error process over time, you will know what works and what don't work.

hi ive just bought stealth but confused about bank accounts and pre paid cards.... do the pre paid cards work and which bit do you use the bank account for and which bit the pre paid?:doh:

Use entro p ay prepaid... works fine for U.K.

On pp, you can add a bank account and/or a debit/credit card.

There are options in the top menu on their site to add.

To become verified and to have limits lifted, you must add these things.

There is a bit more involved to lift limits.
