My response to nasty paypal email

Paypal send out an email to all those who purchased from me saying that they should not do business with me. as such unnecessay claims are opened waisting my precious time. What does paypal think i'm a fraudster???? When someone reads that nasty email that you send out... it makes people look like they've committed a crime. I think its high time someone takes paypal to court for defamation of character. if a policy is breached does that person become a criminal?



GIve sellers a choice and see if they would use paypal?

review your nasty policies and make it more user friendly

or is it just the one everyone usualy has sent to their recent buyers? About being able to claim a refund if they wanted.

The e-mail is generic and yes, causing too many problems for sellers.

How are you supposed to take pa yp al to court when you are operating in stealth mode?....Exactly - open new accounts and don't waste your time.

i don't have the message but ive received emails from buyers saying that paypal and ebay said to them to refrain from doing business with me... i have new accounts opened and moving on, but i had to give them a piece of my mind.. Paypal too bad

I think it was just that message that everyone has sent to their most recent buyers. It is very annoying because it makes people think about getting a refund and still keep their item.
