Bank account needed in the Uk

I am nearly ready to create a stealth account and just need a bank account which I will do online and can I use an instant access account or instant online saver with sainsburys?

you cannot rush these things!!

get a current if you can, if you have one make an excuse to the bank for them to change account number on that account.

use your imagination or use the search function, savers are not really recomended unless you know what your doing or have no other option but you still need to know what your doing.

All the best.

I am not rushing and any reason for not using a saver account? as surely you are only using it for receiving funds from paypal

Yes a saver account will get kicked back after a few weeks by paypal.

As TizWoz stated dont rush. Apply online for a current account is the easiest way.

Banks that i would reccommend due to them definatly accept debits from a different name (stealth details) would be Natwest, Cooperative and RBS. :pop2:

I thank you for making it clearer in your post as detail can be often missed

Despite what gets said around these threads, the best bank account to get is a current account. It allows the Direct Debit which is needed for paypal.

Now, one of the big pluses of going with a current account from the start is one less reason for paypal to 'look' at your account.

I agree about online access too. I use RBS, key accounts, Natwest & Co-operative. That's my order of preferences. :pop2:

Hi again guys, can you please clear one thing for me. I add my current bank to my pp account and now what should I do to receive 2 small deposits? I click "Setup direct debits", then it goes to page "Review and submit direct debit details".
Then it asks me to type: Name of account holder
I type my stealth name right?

Then it asks me to type: Name and full address of your bank and building society
I should type the bank branch address here or what?

Thank you very much in advanced.

yes , use your stealth name, for the direct debit mandate put the address of branch you opened the account with.
