Now I'm linked - Do you think I'll be suspended?.

I've just found out that my Mum signed upto eBay last night with the same IP address, as me, with our suspended address, it's just a buying account.

This is now linked to my sellers account.

Everything is different but the IP address, we just ended up using the same one.

Will I be suspended? - She's told me she will stay off the account.

Haha, this would be a very common problem with sharing a network with people at a suspended address.

You would also have to try and explain stealth to them :lol:

So were you using the IP at the same time?

Yes we've ended up using the same IP address, I've deleted all auctions to be on the safe side, and no I pay for the phone and internet.

^^ Yes using the same IP address still depends on specifics. Like using it at the same time or interchanging between accounts.

This is or should be no problem as long as you stick to your own windows user accounts and so on.

if you look in the local paper at flats there are all inclusive ones, gas bill, water bill, electric bill, and of corse internet all included in the rent.

all up and down the country there are people buying houses with lodgers, different names. same address and internet connection.

When one starts to mess up that is when you will have problem becuase both have good chance of been closed at that time.

other than that i dont see the problem really.

Well with my mum not understanding stealth, she made the account into a sellers account and has just been suspended, but my account is still running. Is it safe?.

We all know eby and PP are mostly unpredictable.

I agree with the the posts above me, time will tell, I doesn't look great but you may still have survived yet :thumb:

I just thought the system would have kicked me off when they kicked my mum off.

This isn't always the case. It usually happens when drawing some attention to your account.

it could becuase the name or last name and address your mum tried to use is the same as the suspended account from the past that her account has been limited but becuase you opend your stealth before you mums this may not be effected, either way i wouldn't be posting real time about any of my problems in this forum becuase that in it's self could effect an account if you leak too much information.

I will just leave the account alone and let time tell me if I'm safe or not then.

I've used numerous eBay sellers account at the same address and I've never ever been suspended of them, although for non payment and item strikes when bidding for item and for some reason not closing the sale. It's true as "ShadyOne" says if you attract attention to yourself there for you will get the unwanted attention, It's the case of waiting and seeing what happens if anything will happen it will be in the next 24 hours or so. Hope this helps.

Thanks to you guys I've learned a lot in going stealth with these two criminals eBay and PayPal. They ruined my business left me without income. I hate that bustards. Yeah they are one of the few places where you can make a money online without going into deep marketing with your own store, but man they are so bitchy.

Careful on the use of "criminal" label ha - if you understand how crooked eb ay and pa yp al can be and play ball WITH THEIR OWN RULES...well, you can be decently successful making you a "criminal" too =P
