paying ebay fees with same card
 

i am using stealth account on ebay so when at end of the month the ebay fees is due can i pay a one time fee "using the same debit card" used and registered with previous suspended ebay account or will my stealth ebay account be suspended if i use same card it to pay ebay fees ?

if no then should i slightly change the name when paying ebay fees with the same card ?

if you dont add automatic payment payment on ebay then how can ebay refund you the listing fee and sold fee if an item is canceled by both buyer and the seller upon both agreeing to cancel item sale?

They don't - they credit your seller account - and this is a very strange question - how often do you expect that to happen?:suspicious:
