how should i pay my ebay fees with my new account?

also to lift limits in paypal what shall i do

Gift credit card or VCC to pay for eb ay - personally i like physical bank-backed gift credit cards.

Yeah, a VCC is a good way to go.

To lift the limits, contact a seller of a VCC on here and ask them.
