| TweenBee | 05-25-2011 08:38 AM | WARNING to stealthers who are lifting limits Ok I may be wrong with this but:
If you are trying to lift the £1900 limit on your account, make sure to (slowly) drain funds from your account before doing so, and pay off any eBay seller fees before hand.
Not just lifting limits - but any contact with paypal that causes them to scrutinise your account, otherwise you risk limitation.
The penny has just dropped  that paypal's business model requires them to hold onto your funds for as long as possible, even if it costs them your future business (on that account at least). I had thought that operating your eBay account as a model eBayer (100% non VERO, TRS standard customer service) would afford some protection against limitation - I was wrong .
Just another reason to keep your paypal balance to a minimum. |
