Argh I'm confused!

In a recent paypal dispute won through the resolution center I today have had the pleasure of reciving the "you won" paypal message over a dispute

It reads as follows

"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favour.

We were able to recover 250.00 GBP, and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five working days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges "

Does this mean I am 100% receiving a refund from the unscrupulous seller? Its the last two paragraphs that throw me make you feel like there could be doubt over your refund. I'm a little concerned cause there is nothing in my recenty activity statement list to show any kind of incoming refund

Yes you will get the money, you should have already had it credited to your paypal account or your card depending on how you paid.

On your PayPal account just click 'History' and 'All activity (with balance)'. It will give you a visual of your balance before and after for each transaction.

Your right to be worried about the last 2 sentences.

What that basically says is if the person has no money in their Paypal account, and they have blocked the direct debit, then they cant recover your money.

There for in simple terms there saying your "Screwed" PayPal sucks when it comes to recovering money, I've had this done many a times so believe me I know your situation my friend. Hope you get all your money back!.

Stealth Master
