European characters

Does anyone knows if PP and EB accept european characters for names?
I am trying to set up a stealth and i was wondering if the system will allow me to register a name that contains these characters.
I will not give more detailed info. I am looking to use one or more of the following: î, ş, ţ, ă, â

It is not a problem as far as I am aware. You are just using the vowels of a given language so paypal cant object that since it gives a name...;)
