if i login to my old suspended account using public computers, will my stealth accounts which i use on home computer be suspended ?

i need to get some info i need from my old suspended account

I'd imagine "NO" because your using a totally different Internet Protocol address, if eBay where to suspend you it would be they'd be some linkage between suspended and live eBay accounts/PayPal accounts.

No you would be fine doing this.

Just make sure you dont access them on your home computer unless you use a different windows user and a different IP.

There's no way they can connect a public computer back to your home computer - think about it logically - just don't be tempted to log in to that account from home.
