eBay Listing Problems (Must read)
 

I relisted an item on Thursday evening, (btw this account is not stealth and is fully verified). It know it might take a few hours, even 24 for it to appear in the search.

Now, when I search for the item it doesn't appear, then if I search for it again or refresh the page it appears. This is the same for other sellers who have relisted over the past 2 days.

I've tried to talk to eBay about but they say that the listing is fine. I'm not quite sure what to do and if there is any remedy.

I ended the auction last night, and relisted it, this morning I checked it and it is not even appearing on the searches unless I'm really specific. I know how 'best match' works and everything, so it should be around where it was last time as I sold quite a few and feedback is all good along with DSR's.

Any help would be much appreciated.

24hrs is a long time, but it has been known to happen...I would not end listing, just leave it for a couple of days and see. Is it a vero item?

Just happened to me. Over 24 hours for my listing to appear live.

My account is a new account though and I assumed that such accounts are lower priority within the eBay system.

May also be category/item specific with these delays, as well as peak times.

Also happened to me before.

I wouldnt keep ending your listing though they always appear eventually.

Just make sure its on atleast a 5-7 auction incase you get no visibility the first couple of days. :peace:

Any ideas on why it appears when I refresh the page. There are over 30,000 items in this category and it is always in the top 5 on the 1st page...
