virtual address's for getting packages to sent to in the UK

has anyone in the UK used this service to get packages delivered to, from UK and airmail+EMS packages from China...?

i have been looking at using the service from this website: Mailbox Rental | Parcel Delivery Services - Mail Boxes Etc. UK and Ireland as there is one 10 miles away from my house and would be much easier for me as there would be someone always in to sign for packages.

cheers

yes they are good boxes, the rental is worth it if you do a fair amount of business, they can also be used for a business account ebay registration.

bigbill 06-06-2011 05:47 AM

thanks oompa, i think i might try one out as would save me lots of time driving to sorting offices and delivery depots to pick up my packages!

iLOVEmoney 06-06-2011 08:33 AM

Is this what you use for your stealth accuont deliveries?

bigbill 06-06-2011 02:53 PM

no i was going to use it for deliveries of stock to sell... will also probably use it to register an ebay account to..

Stigger 06-06-2011 04:59 PM

i usually try and find local places so i can collect
i search places like gumtree, preloved, freeadds and so on, usually about 50-60 quid a year with no extra cost if you collect.

I have used them and my first EMS packages got delivered there last week - Haven't heard from them about it yet.

Littlemorestealth 06-10-2011 05:15 AM

I thought I had thanked :D

Markk -- Are you saying they've lost one of your packages?

Not sure, I haven't contacted them yet. I sent another package to them a few days ago to see if they let me know about it one and they haven't. So I'm going to phone them today.

Manchester Mailing Address Virtual Mailing Address Services

this is what I found. 62.50 for half year . Anyone has used them for ebay/paypal ?

I found the staff quite friendly and they dont use 'PO box' on the address which is good

Hi all,
If 5 stealth people used this drop address wouldnt ebay/paypal be able to link it to the other accounts.
Also, does anyone know what part gets linked. Eg. if the address was 14 Stone Street, London E14 1RT. If you put 14 Stones Street, London E14 1RT would it get linked as the same address?

Not really becuase the idea is your business name goes before the actual address or if you get a p.o box then you use unit or something.

Banjo 10-08-2011 07:45 PM

Can you give me an example of what you would need to change for it not to be recognised by paypal/ebay as a link, as I think I will go down the route of the virtual address. I don't really understand what is the main driver when people will or wont deliver a package. Is it the address on Paypal, the listed address on ebay or something else?

Lots of people say on ebay, will only deliver to the address listed...
