questions of stealth account

hi, new here,i have the ebay stealth guide,but still 2 questions.
when i buy a v3/ prepaid credit card i have to register it,using passport number or drivers licence number, can paypal/ebay trace this.

also when making stealth id to send to paypal, should i change the whole id, or just the details,keeping my photo.

hope someone can help. the first is more important

Since the companies that supply the cards are different from paypal/ebay the name is not traceable. We would be in deep trouble otherwise .

Regarding the last question, documents match account details ;) :)

So I just supply info to match the account like a Driving Licence and utility bill and nothing harder ;)
