Question about buying on eBay
 

Hi,

I have a question about buying on eBay and the risks of doing that. I have a relatively new stealth account (registered in March 2011) that has around $600 in it (my total received amount for this year is about 1k) which I cannot withdraw, but I can easily spend them on eBay (my eBay rating is 4).

The actual PayPal account is verified, but the card associated with it doesn't accept withdrawals... Anyway, if I buy some computer components for the value of $500-600, could I get limited? Also, some people said I could hit some kind of PayPal "per transaction limit"?

I'm worried about getting limited as I'm not sure which ID card and Utility bill to send PayPal if this happens, as they already have my documents (of a bussiness account that got banned 1 year ago, my new account is a personal one) and this new stealth account is in my name (but on a different address, different city, card, etc.). Could I send PayPal the same documents, would they notice this?

1. If the money is clear meaning buyers are happy, transaction is done, no problem on buying from another pa yp al user (in general).

2. Per transaction limit is usually based on source of funds - credit card, for example, is riskier than funds already in pp system.

3. Whatever documents you send in should match the info of the pp account.

Awesome, I was just worried about if they are using some face recognition software on the ID cards that we submit, because my second PayPal account is again on my real name, which means I could send my read ID card but I'm afraid that would get me banned right (they already received a photo from this card for my previous, banned account)?

I'm not sure what the solution to this would be, unless I edit the photo of my card and put slightly different info, but I'm not sure my technical skills are up there :D
