what is the different forms of payment they can do and the charges for it?

what is the most efficient payment with the shortest time to receive?

different banks have different charges, there is no set fee for internation bank transfer or set time as its down to the speed of both banks, his and yours.

I've never dealt with Poland LJ - all I know is that they are part of the Euro Zone and most (well, a lot) of them live over here
