Thank you all for your comments in the intro thread., I really appreciate it. I have now opened another current account and I hope that it works.
The only bit I'm really confused with is the name for my ebay account registration.

The name for your new ebay and paypal account need to match.
The name should be different from a suspended account.

Variations of names work.

You need to be NEW with everything
