Default Paypal limited diff name

Hi
i recently created a paypal account with a different name, i have a paypal account and paypal effed me over with an item i sold on ebay and posted to buyer then got a chargeback as the buyer was fraudulent, paypal refused to refund me saying i was not eligible for seller protection etc, i then tried to open another account with a different name etc but as soon as i got my first payment (off my own ecommerce website) it got limited...they asked me to confirm my bank account and send out proof of I.D and address...well i dont know what to send to them as it wont carry the name on the paypal account, i have however confirmed my account with them.
ANY HELP WITH THIS?? ID BE MOST GRATEFUL!

You new pp is linked to your old pp in many ways. Once you understand how stealth works, you can set up new accounts without link problems.

Welcome to the forums.

As for your own proof of ID and address - while I don't think submitting the documentation will get your un-limited - if your info is different, you must supply the docs in that info however way you do it.

All the best.

Did you accept payment from your ecommerce website to previous pp account as well as this one ?

Did you not check about seller protection before you sent the item.

i had a real odd situation where i was and was not covered by seller protection, i know i know, anyway i got my money, i always take a screenshot of that page before i send anything for every tranaction because my seller protection changed after i sent the item from covered to not but becuase i had this screenshot the had to pay me the 1,500.oo and then i went to birmingham and got my item back so for me it was a win win.

No - you must submit docs that MATCH the name on the pp account. You do anything else and it's just a silly waste. You need to have docs in the name and info of that pp account.

That being said, IF you are linked to an old pp, there are high chances that you will still be blocked after submitting your info - that's why I would not keep my hopes up.

Did you accept payment from your ecommerce website to previous pp account as well as this one ?????

If you want to use pp to take payments on this website again you either need to use the like of ccnow or ejunkie so pp don't know where the payments are coming from otherwise you will keep getting limited

but that is not your only problem

Also there is only one original guide and its called eBay Stealth that you get that from this site.

my post above is still relivent if this pp gets limited

i would never ever again use paypal directly to take payments from any of my sites and i would never create an ebay with the same name as my site.

well my former pp account is verified but in the red due to some fraudulent buyer landing me with a chargeback and pp refusing to offer seller protection, thus leaving it down to me to get the acc out of the red, because this acc is verified etc if i carried on taking payments to cover the -(minus) will pp limit this one too or just allow it to carry on and take me out of the red? am i making any sense?
