A few questions...
 

Hello everyone, I have been reading up alot on this forum and obviously also the stealth guide. So far I am taking the following steps -

1. Ensure I create a new windows account to create my stealth account with
2. Got a dongle to use to connect to the internet with
3. Created a paypal account first (3 days ago) and verified it with a prepaid card


My question is, the dongle will obviously have a different IP address to my home broadband, so will this be enough or do I still need to hide my ip? I am planning to use a different ongle for each account I create. Also, I am confused about cookies, I have blocked and disabled them but reading up on here it seems that may be a bad idea? Would it be best to allow them but everytime I finish browsing I should delete them?

Your help would be greatly appreciated and if there's anything I have missed out on I would love to know!
