| | | GrannyT | 07-17-2011 01:46 PM | Taken £24,000 in one day!!! |
| ryanba | 07-17-2011 01:48 PM | Woah that's a lot of sales with such bad feedback |
| GrannyT | 07-17-2011 01:50 PM | Feedback is all today as well |
| smellybelly | 07-17-2011 02:01 PM | 3,788 sales of £6 |
| ryanba | 07-17-2011 02:07 PM | I can the police being around that members house if they don't send, I can't see paypal refunding 24,000 pounds. |
| barton_67 | 07-17-2011 03:02 PM | i can get these shoes for around £4 delivered this has got me thinking |
| unkown5454 | 07-17-2011 03:51 PM | Ha, think about it all you want but these are pros cashing out accounts in 24 hours cause they know the accounts will be suspended.
List those stupid shoes and your account will be smoked without legit invoices. |
| ryanba | 07-17-2011 04:01 PM | Not really unkown5454, it seems they are not claiming payments - that's what the feedback says. |
| GrannyT | 07-17-2011 04:05 PM | Just to let you know
They have had 4 accounts wiped out in the last 48 hours. This was the only one they did not claim the money. If you check the sales some people have been buying 60, 70, 80 pairs.
I think it is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ manufacturer looking for buyers - and he's found them! |
| stealthmaster | 07-17-2011 05:05 PM | Ah well fair play to them lol |
| GreenBean | 07-17-2011 07:05 PM | Probably a stealther.
Be gone soon. |
| TheGenius | 07-17-2011 07:57 PM | Oh lord why are these so popular? |
| JRYAN34 | 07-17-2011 08:35 PM | you all suck at spelling and makes this thread a pain to read. how about not selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ass **** |
| stickmade | 07-17-2011 08:57 PM | Pure genius :pop2: |

| eBay King | 07-18-2011 02:44 AM | It don't matter where you get them from, PP will NEVER allow that money out to the seller. Totally impossible.
Also, police will not come for them because all that will happen is PP will refund the buyers money after they file a claim through eBay.
This listing is a perfect example of how to destroy a eBay and PP account in 60 seconds... |
| GreenBean | 07-18-2011 09:04 AM | Listing pulled  |
Done and done - anyhow, moving on... |
| GreenBean | 07-18-2011 09:42 AM | Damn it.
So wanted the shoes...............NOT
('orrible foo-foos them ;)) |

| Imakemoney | 07-18-2011 11:29 AM | Dont Tom's send a shoes to charity for each pair sold too?

Crazy - and a pre-07 account too! |
| GrannyT | 07-19-2011 10:08 AM | They have all been old accounts Lumberjack - I'm intrigued as to where they are getting them (the accounts) and they are quoting UK locations - serious stuff going on here - I think Hoo Flung Dung might be coming through here soon - or is he already on top of his game.
Reminds me of the Mac brushes and the Malaysian accounts
:typing::yar: |
If they are using old accounts, quite possible bypassing pa yp al smartly.... |
| unkown5454 | 07-19-2011 01:32 PM | It's pros like this who will never come to forums and spread their knowledge. So keep dreaming. |

Whether they will get the money or not is another matter but hell they must have been setting this up for ages.
So far I have identified 12 different IDs and there are more coming on every day. 2 came on today. I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

I would pay thousands of dollars for someone to teach me how they do this. These TOMS shoes are far from being the only product I have seen these sellers pull this stunt with. There are hundreds of extremely popular items out there selling like crazy.
I am an honest seller and would ship $10,000-$20,000-$30,000 worth of product if I had the right items and was taught how to create accounts that can pull this kind of revenue without getting in trouble. And hell, I don't need all that anyways. Give me $500 in sales per day and I am happy, but the point is, we all need solid accounts that can pull this off right from the beginning. Not all of this waiting 30, 90, 180 days and building up feedback bullsh*t. |
| Imakemoney | 07-19-2011 01:53 PM | The simple fact is that you would have to be selling foo-foo's to sell these items at the prices you would need to attract that sort of amount of sales before ebay/paypal got onto you.....
selling legit with these popular designer products would also be very hard to actually make any decent margins on not to mention if VeRo would let you in the first place...
if you operate accounts properly and have accounts running alongside and back-ups you dont need to wait for the 'bullshi*t' as you put it. |

I am not going to argue with you on this. Some of us have the right connections and knowledge on products and some don't. I am currently working on a product that can sell $2,000-$4,000 per day and is legitimate product. But, is EB and PP going to let me fly out of the gate with sales like that? F*ck no, even with legit invoices, they won't let it happen.
So, firing up the accounts in the way these guys do is something of interest to myself and others like me. |
| oompaloompa | 07-19-2011 02:19 PM | what do you think they use the emails from the paypal payments to then create a buyer list? sounds strange. |
You forget the power of pre-07 accounts - many other discussions about this... |
