just opened a new stealth account but...!
 

nothing new here, but just to let everyone know i opened a new feebay and paypull account today, but guess what...?

yep...tried to lift the £1900 limit, but the message saying "...we could not confirm your details..." came up 3 times, and finally the request for docs!!

this time, i put in all the correct details, such as DOB, address, phone number etc, but still no go.
looks to me like they use the electoral register or something, as the address i used is not stealth, so they must match the name (which was creative) with that on the electoral register.

so now, we're faced with that old chestnut again...how to creatively prepare docs for faxing to them!!?

maybe its me...try as i may, i cannot get my head around the creativity side...if you know what mean...;)

any advice pls?
PS i think ive asked this question before...perhaps its better to PM rather than chat about it....in hindsight..

PM is PM - I've not heard that - I expect a Mod will inform me if it's true

The only thing you may find is people are reluctant to talk about it either on the forum or in PM, for obvious reasons.

But you could try google some how to use what ever imaging software you use, as if you put the imaging software name first then most of them have a good stock of help files available but try several of the well known ones, as they have some good help files and even Youtube videos showing you how to do aspects of what you will need to do.

I know Gimp and photoshop have some great helpfiles flying round the net and you can do a lot of what they say on most imaging software.

No I think OP told me he is interested in DIY.
In which case youtube and other guides are out there.
Nobody here is going to run thru it with you via pm, its not something that can be taught over a pm.
