UK user wanting to buy from US eBay
 

Hi,

I have an account that's registered in the UK, but I would like to buy from sellers in the United States.

I just tried to buy an item but the seller noticed that I was registered in the United Kingdom and wanted to cancel the transaction as they don't ship Internationally I closed the dispute saying that I have a US based address they can ship to.

My question being should I open a new US eBay buying account and link it to my Pay-Pal account? so then US sellers won't think I'm International.

Are members allowed to have 2 accounts?.

Members are allowed to keep 2 accounts, not more, but You must to be sure if You have USA eBay then You need to be linked to USA Paypal too.
USA ebay + UK Paypal will definitely put You under radar and will be suspended.

if the seller does not want to sell to you its their perogative.....

there are plenty of USA sellers that will sell to you.

Do not mess with making a USA acc from UK, it is not worth it just for buying
