Royal Mail Recorded - eBay/Paypal
 

Guys,

I always send my stuff recorded delivery and print the postage labels off through ebay/paypal, however, I have the option to add the tracking numbers to eBay, but not to Paypal, the option dissapears after I print he label out!

Any ideas?!:attention:

You are quite right. The option seemed to disappear about 4 months back. I have never been able to get an answer from PP as to why they cannot offer this anymore. It's a pain when a stealth a/c has to prove delivery to have funds released!

Not to sure about recorded delivery which has been purchased and printed from PP now as I haven't used it in some time for that, I have been sending a lot of things recently with Parcel Force 48 hours and purchasing the postage through PP and it automaticly adds the tracking number and confirms when it has been delivered

I add my own signed for tracking numbers into ebay and these transfer over automatically into paypal. Ive just checked and confirmed

Hi Dazza - it's the opposite for me. I have just paid recorded postage via paypal in ebay and uploaded the tracking number. It shows it clearly on the ebay system but is not to be seen on the paypal system.

I have been doing it this way for years but about 4 months ago the tracking info stopped transferring across from ebay to pp. I have even had replies from pp saying it doesn't automatically transfer from ebay to pp anymore - help?

It does, we just cannot see it.

Notice, when you get a limited account, they'll ask for tracking, but if you've already input it into eBay for the transaction they are after, they already have it.

It's a strange one.
