PayPal account limited - eBay account still going.
 

Hi,

My PayPal account has been limited after I used my old suspended address on the account, it was listed as a gift address and was OK until a few days ago.

There was an issue with a buyers account the buyers was saying she never made the transaction, I guess she was hoping to get the top up voucher by email and get a refund via PayPal.

They must have checked my account and noticed the address on it.

My eBay account is still going but should I just stop using it and start fresh?.

I think you already know the answer to this one - you should know the answer by now anyway :doh:

You either start fresh or you find a different way that buyers will accept for the eb ay account. You might have to do some cajoling them. For all intents and purposes, do not bother with another pp for this eb account.
