Want to use US dropship company, should I sign up new US account or use UK account?

I live in UK. I want to use US dropship company to sell the stuff to US customers. What is the best way to do?

1) Sign up new US ebay account, new US paypal account with virtual US bank account.

2) Use UK ebay accounts but stating that the items location are in USA.

Can anyone please suggest me which is the best I should do. Thank you so much.
