Can't get funds Released even with Positive feedback
 

I've Just made my first transaction on a E-bay account that I had for about 1 and a half years. A buyer Has made payment into my account from an Ebay Item which I'm selling. But for some reason I only have two Option To get these funds Released:

1. Wait 21 days
2. Provide Tracking information


Usually I have one more other option which is : Once + feedback is left funds will be released after 24 hours.

Does anybody Know what I can do besides providing a tracking number ?

Can the Buyer leave positive feedback and then my funds be Released ? even thou it don't state that option ?

yes once he leaves positive feedback within 1-24hours your funds will be rdy to use.

But it don't state that on the Transaction.

It only states:

Is this for an item that doesn't require shipment? If so, see what happens after buyer leaves pos feedback.

If it requires shipment, whats the issue with putting in tracking? The buyer wouldn't normally give pos feedback until he recieves it anyway.

I know what you are saying about the option usually being there.....I would see what happens after buyer leaves the pos feedback and let us know.

Ebay changes all the time.

Paypal are often delayed in releasing the funds.

You have two options, email them if your desperate for the money and explain you've received positive feedback for the transaction - I do this sometimes no problems.

OR just wait for the money to be released, depends how bad you need it.
