Question that's bugging me.?
 

I've tried searching the answer, perhaps I haven't looked hard enough but I'd be grateful if someone could answer it before I go ahead and make a mistake.

I've set a new eBay account in my name and address that I stay at can I use my partners paypal account? It's unused but I'm in the middle of verifying it, the address is the same as my eBay but names are different obviously. Or should I set up an eBay account to match the name too?

Ideally info on both ebay/paypal should match.

Is recommended way to deal with them.

Is that a typo in your last sentence? Think you mean paypal?

Welcome to the forums. As GB said, all registration info must match. Set up an eb ay account in your partner's name and go from there. All the best.

Thanks for the welcoming, I've been looking through this forum for a while and see you contributing a lot.

As for the typo, previously I have been banned from Paypal, infact I've lost count of the the amount of times, but that's because I've not been clever enough and used my name and address over and over.. Anyway what I meant is as I have got a paypal account available in my partners name shall I set up an eBay account in the same name too to match? Or will I be ok using an eBay account in my name and paypal account in partners? Does that make sense?

I do not want to disagree, but i have like 5 or 6 EB and PP accounts different names, addresses and even countries working fine for the last few weeks, Note...I am selling everyday.

I have one more question.. Everytime I sign into another eBay account do I need to change my IP etc? For example if I set up 3 eBay accounts one in my name 1 in my partners and 1 in Joe Bloggs?

A long term account set up would have all details matching on both eBay and PayPal. That is the consensus anyway.
